Community Background

Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) is a series of practices in IT Service Management (ITSM) for aligning operations and services. ITIL® contains procedures, tasks, processes, and checklists that are not necessarily specific to an organization or technology, but are still applicable toward organizational strategies by delivering value and maintaining competency.

The ITIL framework contains proven methodologies for how organizations can optimize their ITSM for growth and change. ITIL is about adopting and adapting, not the blanket application of one fixed set of activities.

The goal of ITIL Indonesia Meetup is to create a place and community for all of us to share knowledge and experience about best-practice framework for ITSM, Infrastructure management techniques, development, and operation of Information Technology.


Community Program

Monthly Meetup Our meetup has an ITIL theme, with a presentation and panel discussion model. For the presentation model, the session covered by one or two facilitators (45 mins including Question and Answer), and for the panel discussion model, the session covered by one or two facilitators and also a moderator who will guide the panel session by discussing the summarized topics.
In the pandemic situation, meetups are held virtually using Zoom Meeting. We organize one meetup in a month (it can be a presentation or panel discussion model). The time is from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays.
