ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or attending the DevOpsDays Jakarta 2023 conference ("the Conference"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

TICKET PURCHASE

2.1 Ticket Availability : The availability of tickets is subject to capacity limitations. The organizers reserve the right to refuse ticket purchases if the event is sold out.

2.2 Ticket Types : Various ticket types may be offered, each with its own benefits and restrictions. Please review the ticket descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2.3 Payment : All ticket purchases must be made through the official ticketing platform. Payment methods and currency options will be specified on the platform.

2.4 Refunds : Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITIES

COVID-19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.3 Health Screening : The organizers reserve the right to conduct health screenings, including temperature checks or symptom assessments, at the Conference venue. Attendees exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19 may be denied entry.

1.4 Assumption of Risk : By attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with attending in-person events, including the risk of exposure to COVID-19. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree not to hold the organizers liable for any illness, injury, or other harm resulting from attending the Conference.

2.     Changes due to COVID-19

2.1 Modifications : The organizers may modify the Conference format, schedule, venue, or other aspects to comply with applicable health and safety guidelines or restrictions related to COVID-19.

2.2 Cancellation or Postponement : If the Conference cannot be held as planned due to COVID-19 or related circumstances, the organizers may choose to cancel, reschedule, or convert the event to a virtual format. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide refunds or alternative arrangements, but they shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by ticket holders.

3.     Compliance with Health Authorities

3.1 Legal Requirements : Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by health authorities regarding COVID-19, both before and during the Conference.

3.2 Release of Information : In the event of a known or suspected COVID-19 case among attendees, the organizers may be required to disclose relevant personal information to health authorities for contact tracing or other public health purposes. Attendees consent to such disclosure, understanding that their privacy will be protected to the extent possible.
