ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or attending the DevOpsDays Jakarta 2023 conference ("the Conference"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

TICKET PURCHASE

2.1 Ticket Availability : The availability of tickets is subject to capacity limitations. The organizers reserve the right to refuse ticket purchases if the event is sold out.

2.2 Ticket Types : Various ticket types may be offered, each with its own benefits and restrictions. Please review the ticket descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2.3 Payment : All ticket purchases must be made through the official ticketing platform. Payment methods and currency options will be specified on the platform.

2.2 Cancellation or Postponement : If the Conference cannot be held as planned due to COVID-19 or related circumstances, the organizers may choose to cancel, reschedule, or convert the event to a virtual format. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide refunds or alternative arrangements, but they shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by ticket holders.

 

3.     Compliance with Health Authorities

3.1 Legal Requirements : Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by health authorities regarding COVID-19, both before and during the Conference.
